Shape Browser Patch for TFI 6.1

This patch is to correct a problem found with the Shape Browser's loading of FE Models. When multiple FE models were loaded, the applications would always load the FE Model last imported rather than the model which was currently being displayed. Follow the instructions included in the Readme file  to apply the patch and correct this issue.
