Our ‘quiet’ Electrodynamic Shakers support industry standard QA practices for Squeak and Rattle vibration testing, ensuring that automotive components and interiors remain durable and free from noise.

Consumer demand for improved quality and reliability has prompted automobile manufacturers worldwide to make comprehensive vibration testing an integral part of design and production. In particular, Squeak and Rattle, and Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH) tests are now standard QA.

Features

1/4 Buck and 1/2 Buck vibration table with mounting surfaces of 0.9m x 1.8m and 1.8m x 1.8m respectively.
High overturning restraint of head expander offers optimum flexibility for the vibration table.
Wide frequency band for vibration control when head expander is fitted to the electrodynamic shaker
Full displacement up to 51mm (2 inches) at low frequencies with head expander and payload.
Suitable for use with climatic acoustic chambers.
Vibration test equipment can be used at full force when quiet mode is not required
